I love this coconut oil! What I love most about it is how it stays in liquid form on the counter and it is unflavored. I can add it to foods to get more fat in (keto lifestyle) and it doesn’t flavor the food a coconutty flavor! I have a family that doesn’t like the taste of coconuts but I know I can use this with confidence in knowing that we are using a healthy fat without the taste! (I love coconut flavor, but they don’t!) It’s easy to measure—I try to measure my oil intake and sometimes put it in my coffee. Since it’s in liquid form I can easily use a tablespoon to measure whereas, with the solid form I would have to get out my kitchen scale to be sure I’m only using one tablespoon. I can’t say enough good things about this coconut oil! If you haven’t used it, I highly recommend you do!
