These terms apply when you use herbgardenstore.com or buy from The Herb Garden. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchanges and Privacy Policy pages.

This website is run by The Herb Garden, a family-owned business based in Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us at contact@herbgardenstore.com.

Orders

  • When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in it. We may accept or decline your order.
  • We may cancel an order if the details are incomplete or cannot be confirmed, if a product is out of stock, if a price was shown in error, or if the order looks fake. If you paid in advance for an order we cancel, we will refund that payment.
  • We may limit how many of a product one customer can buy.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani rupees (Rs.). Prices can change, but you pay the price shown when you place your order.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you order.
  • You can pay by Cash on Delivery or by bank transfer (Bank Deposit).

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Charges, payment and tracking are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges at the moment. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, please see our Returns & Exchanges page.

Using our products

  • Our range includes cosmetics, personal care products, tools and foods. None of them are medicines, and they are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
  • Read the label and directions before use. Patch test new products first, and stop using a product if it irritates your skin or scalp.
  • Results vary from person to person.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition, or if you are worried about hair fall or your skin, please speak to a doctor.

Product information

We try to show our products, ingredients and prices accurately. Colours can look different on your screen, packaging can change, and we may correct mistakes at any time.

Reviews and feedback

If you post a review or send us feedback, you allow us to show it on our website and social media. Please do not post anything false, offensive or unlawful. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

The text, photos, videos, designs and logos on this website belong to The Herb Garden. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Using the website

Please do not misuse the website, for example by placing fake orders, trying to break its security or collecting other people's information. We may block anyone who does.
